A Place for All the Parts of You
Online psychotherapy for anxiety, overthinking, and perfectionism. Helping you understand your patterns, find real relief, and create meaningful change.

Overwhelmed by
your mind.

Your thoughts are constant. Replaying conversations and questioning your decisions. You feel stuck in cycles of overthinking and self-doubt, with a loud inner critic telling you "you’re not good enough". Your emotions feel intense, confusing, and hard to understand.
Unsettled in
your body.
You feel it physically— an upset stomach, tight chest, brain fog, and a racing heart. You're always exhausted and tense, yet can't figure out why. These are not just symptoms, but the ways in which your nervous system is speaking to you.
Disconnected from yourself and others.
You feel distant from who you are and who you want to be, unsure of what you want or need. Your relationships feel lonely, confusing, and hard to navigate. You feel responsible for others' emotions and struggle with people-pleasing and self-criticism.
These patterns aren’t random and they’re not because something is wrong with you. At some point, they all made sense, but now they're keeping you stuck. We can start to understand them in a different way.
I believe each of us has an intelligent inner world. The patterns and symptoms you’re experiencing are not flaws but meaningful responses to the experiences and relationships that have shaped you throughout your life.
In our sessions, we slow things down and explore both the obvious and the less visible dynamics that contribute to your concerns. This creates a space where all the parts of you can feel heard and understood as we move toward greater self-understanding and a calmer nervous system.
My style is warm, relational, and curious. I’m interested in who you are, what you’ve been through, and what keeps you from feeling like you can be your whole self. In addition to finding relief, we'll take the time to understand what’s happening beneath the surface so change feels more natural and lasting.

About Shay Kader, RP (Qualifying)
Curiosity has always been at the core of who I am. I’ve been told my favourite word as a child was “why?” and in many ways that question still guides how I approach both life and therapy.
My path to becoming a therapist was also shaped by my own experience of therapy. Like many, I spent years moving further away from myself as a way of coping with life’s challenges. Therapy helped me slow down, make sense of my experiences, and reconnect with the parts of myself I had lost touch with along the way. It has changed my life and deeply shaped the way I think about therapy today.

Outside of therapy, I’m endlessly interested in the many forces that shape our world and who we are: art in all its forms, culture, science, nature, politics, technology, and the relationship between mind and body. I believe all of these influence the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.
